Email Signature
For property:
| Member Group name (sort by alphabetical) | Description |
| OU Exclusive | – For individuals with special request to their signature settings. – New email, reply / forward email will use “full signature” version |
| OU General | – 1 general email address shared by multiple users • Users need to end the email with name | position, department (refer 1st line as per sample above) – Other information will be pushed from server including disclaimer. (2nd line onwards) – New email, reply / forward email will use “full signature” version |
| OU Main | – For individuals with email ownership – New email will use “full signature” version – Reply / forward email will use “short signature” version |
| OU Reservation | – For Reservation team with email ownership – New email, reply / forward email will use “full signature” version |
| OU Rsvn General | – For Reservation’s general email address – Same settings as per OU Genera |
| OU Sales | – For Sales team with email ownership – New email, reply / forward email will use “full signature” version |
| OU Sales General | – For Sales’s general email address – Same settings as per OU General |
For Corporate Office (CO):
